If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1) You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3) If the product is too small or too big for your application, you will be liable to pay the difference in price, if the item is cheaper we will refund an agreed amount
via EFT into your bank account.
4) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
5) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
6) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account VIA EFT ONLY.
8) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the bank you bank with.
9) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Only if the item has a factory default or has been damaged in transit are you eligible for the refund on your shipping costs.
